Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email

returns@trustmedia365.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return

shipping label (if applicable) and instructions.

Items must be returned in original packaging and unused condition. Once we receive and inspect

the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation after the refund is processed.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us, and we will cover return shipping and

provide a replacement.
